As the dynamic founder of Groll Family Fitness and got health?, she’s been transforming lives for over two decades with her energetic, no-nonsense approach to fitness, nutrition, and whole-body wellness.

With 24 years as a gym owner (alongside her husband Chris), Jeannine brings serious credentials to the table: she’s a Registered Dietitian, Certified Personal Trainer, Board-Certified Health Coach, Yoga Alliance 200-Hour Instructor, and a Virtual Fitness Coach with B3 Sciences. Whether she’s teaching a virtual workout, designing a custom wellness plan, or leading yoga with heart and humor, Jeannine is all about making healthy living fun, accessible, and sustainable.

She’s currently publishing her newest book and coaching program, The Menopausal Meltdown, where she guides women through the wild ride of midlife with real talk, expert advice, and a whole lot of empowerment.
