In this soothing and revitalizing 90-minute wellness session, Jeannine Groll blends her passion for functional fitness and whole-food healing into one beautiful experience designed to help you feel better fast. You'll be introduced to gentle yoga, chair yoga, resistance training, and anti-inflammatory foods that can reduce pain, stiffness, and inflammation—without intimidating workouts or restrictive diets.
