Discover how a calming, pack-along mini quilt—often called a “fidget quilt”—can incorporate textures, ribbons, trims, and other tactile elements to ease stress and promote relaxation. Deonn demonstrates techniques and creative ideas for assembling a sensory-focused quilt.
As an observer, you’ll see how to:
Choose fabrics and materials that support sensory engagement
Incorporate textures, ribbons, trims, and other tactile elements
Learn how to construct a compact, portable quilt designed for comfort and relaxation (observed only)
This session provides inspiration for creating calming, tactile projects and offers insights into thoughtful sensory-focused design.
