Kris Andreason
Award-Winning Quilter | Longarm Specialist | Sewing Educator

Kris Andreason has been stitching her way through life since childhood, when she first fell in love with sewing. By high school, she had mastered tailoring and went on to teach and manage at the beloved Mormon Handicraft, where she formed lasting friendships within the creative community.

A recipient of the prestigious Master/Apprentice award from the State of Utah, Kris has traveled across the western United States sharing her passion through trunk shows and quilt talks. With over 30 years of experience in both piecing and longarm quilting, she brings award-winning talent and contagious enthusiasm to every project.

Today, you’ll find Kris at Rocky Mountain Electric Quilters (RMEQ) in Sandy, Utah—home to all things Pfaff, Viking, and quilting. Alongside her longtime quilting partner Lisa Rogers, Kris teaches classes in piecing and both hand-guided and computerized longarm quilting, helping stitchers of all levels bring their creative visions to life.
