Class Description:
Overflowing scrap bins? It's time to turn them into something beautiful! In this fun, confidence-boosting class, you’ll learn how to make the Posh Penelope Quilt — the perfect project for using up leftover fabric.
This modern curved block design comes together quicker than you'd expect: once you’ve learned the process, you can complete the basic ¼ block in about 15 minutes and a full block in about an hour. With consistent piecing and a bit of trimming magic, your blocks will come out beautifully square and ready to shine.
In this class, you’ll:
Learn how to sew gentle curves without pins (yes, really!)
Practice trimming techniques that make final assembly a breeze
Finish one complete block and prep pieces for your next set
Gain skills and confidence to turn your scraps into a full, stunning quilt
This is a technique-based class perfect for quilters ready to explore curves and improve precision piecing. You’ll leave inspired and ready to bust through your scraps like never before!
Fabric & Supply Requirements for Class
Bring the following to class:
Basic sewing supplies (scissors, pins, seam ripper, etc.)
Rotary cutter with fresh blades
Permanent markers (ultra-fine point in a color like pink or green that can be seen on a clear ruler)
Fabric SCRAPS - Yes, Your scraps!
Cancellation Policy
One seat per customer per class (you may register for multiple classes).
Changes to class registration will incur a 10% change fee.
Cancellations 30+ days before class receive a 90% refund (receipt will show a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee).
Cancellations within 30 days of class forfeit all registration fees.
If SHE cancels the class due to low enrollment, you may choose store credit, a class transfer, or a full refund.
