  • Skill Level: All levels welcome

  • Class Includes: Tote Pattern ($12 value)

  • Required: Sewing machine for class participation

Class Description

Get ready to sew your new favorite everyday bag! The All The Things Tote is the ultimate catch-all—designed to carry, well… all the things! Whether you’re heading to work, the quilt shop, or a weekend getaway, this sturdy and stylish tote is ready to go wherever life takes you.

In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll learn how to create a quilted tote bag from start to finish. Kaitlyn will guide you through clean construction techniques, working with foam stabilizer, making handles, and binding edges for a polished finish.

If you’ve made a few sewing projects and are ready to step into bag making, this is the perfect class to build your skills and confidence. You’ll leave with a finished tote (or nearly there!) and all the tools to keep making more.

Fabric & Supply Requirements for Class

You will need to bring:

  • Wonder Clips or similar

  • Pins

  • Marking Tool

  • Scissors

  • Rotary Cutter

  • Thread to match

  • Tube Turner*

  • Large Safety Pin*

  • Quilted Soft and Stable (fabric needs to be quilted and cut prior to class)

  • Base Stabilizer

*Only needed if using fabric to cover polypro webbing or decorative webbing

Cancellation Policy

  • One seat per customer per class (you may register for multiple classes).

  • Changes to class registration will incur a 10% change fee.

  • Cancellations 30+ days before class receive a 90% refund (receipt will show a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee).

  • Cancellations within 30 days of class forfeit all registration fees.

  • If SHE cancels the class due to low enrollment, you may choose store credit, a class transfer, or a full refund.
