With more than 20 years of experience teaching yoga, she’s passionate about the mind-body benefits it brings to both herself and her students.

As a gym owner, registered dietitian, personal trainer, certified health and wellness coach, yoga instructor, and author of The Menopausal Meltdown, Fit Females Over Fifty, and Nourish and Namaste, Jeannine is committed to simplifying health concepts and making fitness achievable for everyone—no matter their starting point.
